This shallow plate is made by fusing Robin's egg blue with reactive stacks that are made by alternating squares of robin's egg blue with French Vanilla fusible glass. the stacks are placed on a pre fused base and then fused again. During this firing the stacks "melt"forming a reddish brown reaction line between the French Vanilla and Robin's Egg blue stacks. After fusing the piece, it is then slumped in a shallow plate mold.
